RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT
PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTIONS 273.71 TO
273.78 INCLUSIVE, THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING ACT.
WHEREAS, The Monticello Housing and Redevelopment Authority
has adopted a Resolution approving a Plan for the establishment
of Tax Increment Financing District #6, dated October 10, 1985,
pursuant to the provisions of MS Section 173.71 to 273.78
inclusive, and
WHEREAS, said resolution requests the City Council to
set a public hearing on said T.~x Increment Financing
Plan #6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA THAT:
1. A public hearing shall be held at 7:30 P.M., on Monday,
October 28, 1985, in the City Council Chambers.
2. The City Administrator shall cause proper notice
to be given in the official newspaper.
