RES OLUTION APPROVING TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING PLAN #4
WHEREAS, the Monticello Housing and Redevelopment Authority has adopted
a resolution approving Tax Increment Financing Plan #4 pursuant to M.S.
Sections 273.71, et sew., and
WHEREAS, said Tax Increment Finance Plan has been submitted to the
Planning Commission as required by M.S. 462,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR THE CITY
OF MONTIGELLO, MN THAT:
1) Tax Increment Financing Plan #4 is found to carry out the purpose
and policy of the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Monticello,
MN, and is hereby in all respects approved.
2) Copies of this resolution be forwarded to the City Council of the
City of Monticello.
Adopted this 10th day of April, 1984.
