RESOLUTION VACATING EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the vacation of drainage and utility easements dedicated
on Lots 1, 2, and 7, Block 1 of Holker's Hillside Addition is essential
for the subdivision of the property pursuant to a Registered Land
Survey, and
WHEREAS, said vacation and subdivision are deemed to be in the
public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, THAT all drainage and utility easements
dedicated on Lots 1, 2, and 7 of Block 1, Holker's Hillside Addition
be, and the same hereby are, vacated.
Adopted this 27th day of February, 1984.
