City Council Ordinance 74ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that the
official zoning ordinance map be amended, as follows:
Rezoning of approximately 3.94 acre parcel of land lying
east of Kampa Estates, west of NSP Maintenance Building and
encompassing the area between the Burlington Northern Rail-
road tracks to the north and County Road 39 to the south,
as described in Book 268-749 Register of Deeds, from
R-1 (Single Family Residential) to R-3 (Multiple Family
Residential).
