City Council Ordinance 72ORDINANCE ADOPTION
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains the following ordinance
sections be adopted:
1-6-32: CLERK -TREASURER: The offices of Clerk and Treasurer are
hereby combined in the office of Clerk -Treasurer as provided
by Minnesota Statutes 412.591 Subdivision 2. Duties of the Clerk -
Treasurer shall be as prescribed in Chapter 412 of the Minnesota
State Statutes.
1-6-32: ADMINISTRATOR: The duties of the Clerk -Treasurer and Adminis-
trator shall be combined in the office of Administrator. In
addition to the duties prescribed in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 412,
for Clerk and Treasurer, the duties of Administrator shall be as
prescribed by the City Council and in accordance with Minnesota
State Statutes.
