City Council Ordinance 67ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that Ordinance Section
13-1-1(H) pertaining to the Assessment Policy be amended as follows:
13-1-1(H) In any event, the entire assessment balance outstanding
against a given parcel, other than assessments made for the
specific improvement projects listed following this paragraph, must
be paid in full prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy
permit for principal use of new construction on that parcel, or
within 180 days after a building permit for new construction is issued,
whichever comes first.

1977-1 Improvement Project
1977-2 Improvement Project
1977-3 Improvement Project
All projects for which assessments were levied prior to 1978
