City Council Ordinance 63ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that the zoning ordinance
map be amended as follows:
Rezoning of following parcel from R-1 (Single Family
Residential) to B-3 (Highway Business):
That part of Lot A of the SW14 of the NW14- of Section 14,
Township 121, Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page
571 in the Office of the County Recorder, Wright County,
Minnesota lying westerly of the westerly right-of-way
line of Minnesota State Highway Number 25. Containing
20.16 acres.
