City Council Ordinance 44ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains
that ordinance Section 10-3-5-D-8 pertaining to
Driveway Design be amended as follows:
Add subsection (Q) All driveway access
openings shall require a culvert unless
lot is served by storm sewer or is deter-
mined unnecessary by Building Inspector.
Size of culvert shall be determined by
Building Inspector but shall be a
minimum of twelve (12) inches in diameter.
