City Council Ordinance 52ORDINANCE AMENDMENT The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that Zoning Ordinance Section 10-13--1 (C) be amended by adding the following conditional use: i "Motor Fuel Station/Convenience Shore" and the following definition: The term Motor Fuel Station/convenience Store shall ,The the store operated in conjunction with a motor fuel station for the purpose of offering for sale goods not essential to the motoring public.
