UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT AND DETERMINATION OF THE ACTUAL COST TO BE ASSESSED ANY OVERCHARGE WILL BE REFUNDED AND ANY ADDITIONAL COST WILL BE DUE TIRE CITY WITHIN 3O GAYS OF NOTIFICATION OF SUCH ADDITIONAL COST. IF.
