City Council Ordinance 27ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that
the zoning ordinance map be amended as follows:
Rezoning of the parcel described below f rom R-1
(Single Family Residential) to I-1 (Light In-
dustrial).
That part of the SEI of the NWI and that part
of the SWI of the NEI of Section 4, Township 1 21 .,
Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota described as
follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said
SEI of the NWI; thence west along the north line
of said SEI of the NW4, a distance of 717. 89 feet
to the northeasterly right of way line of Inter-
state Highway Number 94; thence southeasterly along
said right of way line, a distance of 1899.0
feet to a line parallel with and distant 520.0
feet east of the west line of said SWI of the NE4,
as measured along the north line of said SWI
of the NEI; thence north along said parallel
line, a distance of 1292.08 feet to the north line
of said SWI of the NEI thence west along said
north line, a distance of 520.0 feet to the point
of beginning. Containing 18.88 acres and subject
to the right of way of a township road over the
north 33.0 feet thereof.
