City Council Ordinance 43 • ORDINANCE AN~iDMENT The City Council of Monticello hereby ordains that the Zoning Ordinance Section 10-13-4 and Zoning Ordinance Map be amended as follows: `~. Under Zoning Ordinance Section 10-13-~. (J),"Comrr-ercial Storage contained entirely within a building+' be added as a conditional use. 2. The Zoning Ordinance Map be amended as follows: Rezoning of a parcel described below from R-3 (Medium Density Residential) to B-3 (Highway Business). That part of the N44 of Section 14, Township 121, Range 25, Wright County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot D as described in Book 16 of Deeds, Page 120; thence northwesterly along the centerline of so-called Marvin Road, a distance of 411.00 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence N 12° 32' W along said centerline, a distance of 331.70 feet; thence N $9° E, a distance of 341.75 feet to the westerly right of way line of Minnesota State Highway Number 25; thence S 19° 35' W along said westerly right of way line, a distance of 469.94 feet; thence N $6° 40' W along the right of way line of said Minnesota State Highway Number 25, a distance of $$.92 feet to the centerline of said co-called Marvin Road; thence N 12° 20' W along said centerline, a distance of 110.32 feet to the point of beginning.
