City Council Resolution 1981-13~ ~
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that notice of a hearing
on the 1981-1 and 1981-2 Improvement Projects in the City of Monticello
was duly mailed on March 12, 1981, and published in the Monticello
Times, the official newspaper of the City, on March 5, 1981 and
March 12, 1981, as required by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and
as ordered by resolution of this Council adopted February 23, 1981.
2. A public hearing was held on March 23, 1981, and opportunity
given at such hearing to all persons to make known their views on
said improvement, and the Council being fully advised of the pertinent
facts, does hereby authorize and direct Mr. John Badalich, of the
consulting engineering firm of Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Assoc., of
Minneapolis, Minnesota, to prepare. final plans and specifications for
said improvement and to submit them to the Council. Contingent upon all
necessary easements being obtained.
VOTING IN FAVOR: Arve Grimsmo, Dan Blonigen, Fran Fair, Ken Maus,
Phil White.
