City Council Resolution 1981-19
RESOLUTIODI ORDERI~`IG 1MPROVF~~FI' 1981-2 PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota
as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that notice of a hearing
on the 1981-2 Cedar Street Storm Sewer Project in the City of
ronticello was duly mailed on March 12, 1981, and published in the
Monticello Mimes, the official newspaper of the City, on March 5, 1981,
and P4arcr, 12 , 1981 and required by Pti.nnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 , and
as ordered by resolution of this council adopted march 23, 1981.
2. A public hearing was held on February 23, 1981, and oppor-
tunity given at such hearing to all persor_s to make known their views
on said improvgnexit, and the council being fully advised of the pertinent
facts, does hereby order the construction of said improvement, in accor-
dance with the description thereof contained in said notice of hearing,
and in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared.
