RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
1 980-2
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Monticello,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that notice of a '
hearing on the 1980-2 Improvement Pro.iect
in the City of Monticello was duly mailed on May 13, 1980 ,
and published in the Monticello Times, the official newspaper
of the City, on P~1aY 15, 1980 __ , and MaY 22, 1980_ _
as required by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and as ordered
by resolution of this council adopted May 12, 1980
2. A public hearing was held on
Play 27 , 1980 ,
and opportunity given at such hearing to all persons to make
known their views on said improvement, and the council being
fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby order the
construction of said improvement, in accordance with the
description thereof contained in said notice of hearing.
3. Mr. John Badalich of the consulting engineering firm
of Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates of Minneapolis, Minnesota,
is hereby authorized and directed to prepare final p]_ans and
specifications for said improvement and to submit them to
the council.
Voting in favor; Arve Grimsmo, Dan Blonigen, Fran Fair,
Ken Maus, Phil White.
Opposed: None
Motion carried.
