RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Monticello,
Minnesota, as follows
1. It is hereby found and determined that notice of a
hearing on the 1980-1 Improvement Project
in the City of Monticello was duly mailed on March 13 and April 1„ 1980
and published in the Monticello Times, the official newspaper
of the City, on Plarch 20, 1980 , and
as required by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and as ordered
by resolution of this council adopted March 10, 1980
2. A public hearing was held on March 24, 1980
and opportunity given at such hearing to all persons to make
known their views on said improvement, and the council being
fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby order the
construction of said improvement, in accordance with the
description thereof contained in said notice of hearing.
3. Mr. John Badalich of the consulting engineering firm
of Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates of Minneapolis, Minnesota,
is hereby authorized and directed to prepare final plans and
specifications for said improvement and to submit them to
the council.
Voting in favor: Phil 4lhite, Ken P1aus, Arve Grimsmo,
Dan Blonigen, Fran Fair.
Opposed: None
Motion carried.
