RESOLUTION FORMALLY ACCEPTING EPA GRANT
FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADING
WHEREAS, a notification has been received from the EPA that the
City of Monticello has been awarded a grant in the amount of
$4,149,300.00 for the upgrading of its Wastewater Treatment Plant and
construction of an interceptor sewer line;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Monticello,
Minnesota hereby formally accepts the EPA's grant award of $4,149,300.00
for Project #C270855-03.
VOTING IN FAVOR: Arve Grimsmo, Fran Fair, Phil White, Ken Maus,
Dan Blonigen.
OPPOSED: None
