RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS & SPECIFICATIONS
ON 1980-1 & 1980-2 IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the City Council on 5/27/80,
the City Engineer, John Badalich, has prepared plans and specifications
for the improvement of Prairie Road with 330' of sewer, water and bituminous
surfacing; and improvements of sewer, water and storm sewer to Macarlund
Plaza and has submitted such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval ;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, as follows:
1. Mr. John Badalich, of the City's consulting engineering firm of
Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, has submitted final plans and
specifications for the 1980-1 and 1980-2 improvement projects
which are hereby adopted as submitted.
2. The City Council reserves the right to make any changes in said
plans which may hereafter appear to be necessary and expedient.
Motion was made by Phil White, seconded by Fran Fair to adopt this
resolution:
Voting in favor: Arve Grimsmo, Dan Blonigen, Fran Fair,
Ken Maus, Phil White.
