RESOLUTION ORDERI-NG PREPARATION OF
FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the Cedar Street and Lauring
Lane area with storm sewer, and to assess the benefitted property for
all or a portion of the cost of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Chapter 429;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred. to John Badalich
for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all
convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Motion was made by Phil White., seconded by Fran Fair to adopt
this resolution:
Voting in Favor: Arve Grimsmo, Dan Blonigen, Fran Fair,
Phil White, Ken Maus.
