RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STATE OF MIPdNESOTA GRANT OFFER
STEP III, CONSTRUCTION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT b`ACILITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota, that it
hereby accepts the grant offer from the State of Minnesota. .in the amount
of $829,860 for Step III - the construction of a wastewater treatment
facility.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello authorizes
Arve Grimsmo, the designated representative, to sign all documents
necessary to the acceptance of this grant offer.
