1979-1 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Council of Monticello,
it is hereby proposed to improve the following:
1. Extension of Sewer and Water from Dundas Road in Oakwood
Industrial park westerly to a 13 acre tract in the Sri of NW's of
Section 14, Range 25, Township 121, known as the J. R. Culp
property.
2. Study the possibility of extending Dundas Road from County Road 117
(Oakwood Drive) westerly to Highway 25.
WHEREAS, it is proposed to assess the benefitted property for all or
a portion of the cost of improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Monticello that
the proposed improvement be referred to John Badalich for study and that
he is instructed to report to the Council in a preliminary way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible, and as to whether it should best be
made as proposed or in connection with the 1979-1 Improvement and the
estimated cost of improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of January 1979.
