ORDERING UPDATED FEASIBILITY REPORT
AS PART OF 79-1 IMPROVEMII~TT PROJECT
WHEREAS a petition has been filed with the City Council
of Monticello, it is hereby proposed to improve the following:
Extension of Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer
Facilities and Rural Type Streets along
Lauring Lane in Lau.ring Hillside Terrace
from Cedar Street easterly to Washington
Street and from Washington Street north to
Burlington Northern Railroad.
WHEREAS i.t is proposed to assess the benefitted property
for all or a portion of the cost of Improvement, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 1.29;
NOWT THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Monticello that the proposed Improvement be referred to John
Badalich for study and that he is instructed to report to the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed im-
provement is feasible and as to whether it should best be
made as proposed or in connection with the 79-1 Improvement and
the estimated cost of improvement as recommended.
