City Council Resolution 1979-07RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. Tt is hereby found and determined that notice of a hearing
on the 1979-1 Improvement Project in the City of Monticello was
duly mailed on March 29, 1979, and published in the Monticello
Times, the official newspaper of the City, on March 29, 1979, and
April 5, 1979, as required by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and
as ordered by resolution of the Council adopted March 26, 1979.
2. A public hearing was held on April 9, 1979, and opportunity
given at such hearing to all persons to make known their views
on said improvement, and the Council being fully advised of the
pertinent facts, does hereby order the construction of said improve-
ment, in accordance with the description thereof contained in said
notice of hearing.
3. Mr. John Badalich, of the consulting engineering firm of
Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates of Minneapolis, Minnesota, is
hereby authorized and directed to prepare final plans and specifications
for said improvement and to submit them to the Council.
