AND DIRECTING CITY ALMINISTRATQR TO ADVERTISE
FOR CCNSTRUCTION BIDS FOR THE
1979-1 Sewer, Water & Street IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Monticello,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Mr. John Badalich of the city's consulting
engineering firm of Orn-Schelen-Mayeron and
Associates, has submitted final plans and
specifications for the 1979-1 sewer, water
and Street Improvement Pro3 ct
which are hereby adopted as submitted. The City
Council reserves the right to make any changes
in said plans which may hereafter appear to
be necessary and expedient.
2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized
and directed to cause advertisement for bids
for the construction of said improvement to be
publi$hed by law. Date and time for opening of
bids shall take place at the Monticello City
Hall On June 22, 1979
at 2:00 P.M. ~ ~
