City Council Resolution 1979-17RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ROLL ON
THE 1977-3 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello adopts the
attached assessment roll on the 1977-3 Street, Sewer & Water
Improvement Project; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.061 orders
the assessment to be prorated over twenty (20) years with
equal payments of principal and interest at six-and-one-half
percent (6~~) per year to be paid annually; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello
authorizes the City Administrator to certify a copy of
said Assessment Roll to the County Auditor.
