City Council Resolution 1979-18RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ROLL ON
THE 1978-1 SEWER & WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello adopts the attached
Assessment Roll on the 1978-1 Sewer & Water Improvement Project; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello, pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.061, orders the assessment to be pro-
rated over five (5) years with equal installments of principal with
interest accrued at the rate of six-and-one-half percent (6~~) per
year to be paid annually; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Assessments against Homesteaded
property existing prior to the improvement project shall be prorated
over twenty (20) years with equal installments of principal with
interest accrued at the rate of six and one-half percent (6~~) per year
to be paid annually; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello authorizes
the City Administrator to certify a copy of said assessment roll
to the County Auditor.
