AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY FROM I -1A AND B -2 TO B -4
MONTICELLO COMMERCE CENTER 8TH ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFMONTICELLO, MINNESOTA HEREBY ORDAINS
AS FOLLOWS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from I -IA (Light
Industrial) and B -2 (Limited Business) to B -4 (Regional Business) that property being platted as
Monticello Commerce Center 8t' Addition legally described as:
That part of Lots 11, 17 and 18 Auditor's Subdivision No. One, Section 13, Township 121, Range
25, Wright County, Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence South 00 degrees, 07
minutes 52 seconds East, assumed bearing along the West line of the Northwest Quarter of
said Section 13, a distance of 708.88 feet to the centerline of Chelsea Road and the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence South 64 degrees 55 minutes 04 seconds East
along said centerline a distance of 2391.74 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue
South 64 degree 55 minutes 04 seconds East along said centerline a distance of 650.34
feet; thence North 25 degrees 06 minutes 42 seconds East a distance of 543.31 feet to the
southwesterly right of way line of Interstate Number 94; thence North 55 degrees 48 minutes
03 seconds West along said right of way line a distance of 18.67 feet; thence North 64
degrees 53 minutes 28 seconds West along said right of way line a distance of 631.91 feet
to its intersection with a line that bears North 25 degrees 06 minutes 42 seconds East from
the point of beginning; thence South 25 degrees 06 minutes 42 seconds West a distance of
546.44 feet to the point of beginning.
This ordinance is effective upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 22nd day of September, 2008.
