REZONING JERRY HARTUNG ADDITION
FROM B3- TO B -4
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, WRIGHT COUNTY, MINNESOTA
HEREBY ORDAINS:
The Official Zoning Map of the City of Monticello is hereby amended to rezone from B -3
(Highway Business) to B -4 (Regional Business) that property comprising the proposed plat of the
Jerry Hartung Addition legally described as follows:
Outlot A, Monticello Business Center Second Addition (155- 148 - 000010) and
Lot 3, Block 1 Monticello Business Center Second Addition (155- 148 - 001030)
This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Monticello City Council this 10th day of March, 2008.
