City Council Ordinance - Sanitary SewerAn ordinance amending section 1100.060 of Ordinance No. 1100,
originally adopted July 21, 1969 and amended February 9, 19'71.
The City Council of Monticello ordains:
The sanitary sewer usage rate schedule of February 9, 1971,
is amended to read:
Whereas, the City Council has resolved to establish a
sanitary sewer usage rate for its customers.
Now therefore be it resolved by the City Council of
Monticello, Minnesota.
Section 1. The following sanitary st:wer usage rates are hereby
established:

1001 - 1500 7.50
1501 - 2000 10.00
2001 - 2500 12.50

Section 2. The sanitary sewer usage rate for 3,000 cub~.c feet
and over will be at the rate of $$.00 per thousand
cubic feet up to 30,000 cubic feet. For sanitary
sewer usage of 30,000 cubic feet and higher the
charge will be $2.50 per 1,000 cubic feet;
fractional amounts will be pro-rated.
Section 3. There will be a 20~ evaporation allowance for
laundromats only. The total sewer charge will
be computed and the 20/ evaporation allowance
will be deducted from the amount.
