FACILITIES PLANNING REPORT
WHEREAS the City of Monticello has entered into an
engineering agreement with Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates
to undertake a Step I Facilities Planning Study for Monticello,
and
WIIEREAS~ the completed Facilities Planning Study has
been reviewed with the City Council by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron
Engineer John Badalich at a Public Hearing held March 28, 1977,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
MONTICELLO~ MINNESOTA; That the aforementioned Step I Facilities
Planning Report ('EPA Project #C 270855-01) has been .accepted as
presented.
