City Council Resolution 1977-05RESOLUTION ORDERING 19'7'7 -1 IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Monticello
as follows:
1. Petitir~ns have been received by all owners of
property as required by Minnesota Statutes 429
in Ritze Manor along Matthew Circle requesting
sewer, water and street improvements and from
all property owners of a parcel of land located
west of Highway 2$ and south of I-94 (Monticello
Ford sibe}:requesting sewer and water improvements.
2. Because a Public Hearing was nat required on the
pdtitor-ed imprflv~ients, the City Council of
Monticbllo does; hereby order the construction
of said iacprovementa consisting of sewer, water
and str!~et i~npravements along Matthew Circle
in Ritxe Mahor and along the frontage road west
of Highway Z$, south of I-94 in accordance with
the descriptions contained in said petitions.
3. Mr. John Badalich~ with the consulting engineer-
ing firm of, Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates,
is hereby authorized and directed to prepare
final plans and specifications for said im-
provement and combine said plans and specifications
with the improvements being prepared for the
Oakwood Industrial Park.
The construction of said improvements will be
contingent upon MPCA approval of future sewer
extensions within the City of Monticello.
