City Council Resolution 1977-11RESOLUTION ORDERING 197'7-2 SANITARY SEWER,
WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER, STREET
AND APPURTENANT WORK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
Monticello as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that
notice of hearing on April 25, 19'77 on
the extension of sanitary sewer, water-
main, storm sewer, street and appurtenant
work from County Road '75 (Hillcrest
Addition) westerly along Prairie Road
approximately 800, then south approxi-
mately 1100 was duly mailed on April 15,
19'7'7 and published in the Monticello
Times on April 14, 19'7'7 and April 21,
1977 as required by Minn. Statutes,
Chapter 429, and as ordered by the
motion of the council passed April 11, 197'7.
2. The City Council of Monticello does hereby
order the construction of said improvement
consisting of sanitary sewer, watermain,
street, storm sewer and appurtenant work
from County Road '7 ,5 (Hillcrest Addition)
westerly along Prairie Road approximately
8b0~, then south approximately 1100 in
accordance with the descriptions contained
in said notices.
3• Mr. John Badalich, with the consulting
engineering firm of Orr-Schelen-Mayeron &
Assoc. is hereby authorized and directed
to prepare final plans and specifications
for said improvement and submit them to
the council.
