RESOLUTION ADOPTING
ASSESSMENT ROLL ON THE
1976 SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello adopts
the attached assessment roll on the 1976 Sewer and Water Improve-
ment Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello, pur-
suant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.061 orders the
assessment to be prorated over twenty (20) years with equal
installments of principal with interest accrued at the rate of
seven and one-half per cent (72~) per year to be paid annually.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello authorizes
the City Administrator to certify a copy of said assessment
roll to the County Auditor.
