City Council Resolution 1977-14RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ROLL ON
DELINQUENT SEWER AND WATER ACCOUNTS
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello
adopts the attached assessment roll on delinquent sewer
and water accounts.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 444.075, Subd. 3,
orders the assessment to be prorated over one (1) year
with interest accrued at the rate of seven and one-half
per cent (72~) per year to be paid annually.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Monticello
authorizes the City Administrator to certify a copy of
said assessment roll to the County Auditor.
