City Council Resolution 1977-19•
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE BLAC KTOPPING OF CERTAIN STREETS
IN OAKWOOD INDUSTRIAL PARK
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Monticello,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Mr. John Badalich of the city's consulting
engineering firm of Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and
Associates, has submitted final plans and
specifications for the blacktopping of CheJ_sea
Road from the eastern edge of Lot 5, Block 1,
to intersection of Chelsea Road and Oakwood Drive,
and the blacktopping of the two (2) newly created
streets in Oakwood Industrial Park which are hereby
adopted as submitted. The City Council reserves
the right to make any changes in said plans which
may hereafter appear to be necessary and expedient.
2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized and
directed to sign and execute change order #1,
with Arcon Construction for ,$42,0']2.00 on the
19'7'7-1 Improvement Project.
