R E S O L U T I O N
At a (regular) (sue meeting of the Village Council of
the Village of Monticello duly held on the ~ day of
19 71 ,the following Resolution was offered by - ~-~ ~

to wit:
Wf~REAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special
provisions and specifications for the improvement of apart of Trunk
Highway Number 392 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number A4
within the corporate limits of the Village of Monticello
from the West Corp. Limits to
the East Corp. Limits _ _ _~____ ~ and
WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of
Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as
S.P. 8~F4f]-3A_ [94-392) _ C _,_._ __ ; and
WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the
Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and
identified as S.P. 8680-38 C94=392) ~
which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications
for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1966, as amended by Supplemental
Specifications, dated July 1, 1969, on file in the office of the .Commissioner
of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of
Trunk Highway Number 392 renumbered as Trunk Highway
Number 94 ; and
WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so
marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the

WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein-
after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to
mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the
foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.

NOW, THEN, SE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special. provisions
for the improvement of Trunk Highway Number 39~. renumbered as
Trunk Highway Number 94 within the limits of the -~; i t ~gp of
Monticello be and hereby are approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown
in said plans and special provisions be and they are hereby approved
and consent is hereby given to az~y and all changes in grade occasioned by
the construction of said Trunk Highway Number_392 , renumbered
as Trunk Highway Number 94 in accordance with said plans and
special provisions . Upon the c of the roll Qthe following ~~~,~~
