VILLAGE OF MONTICELLO
NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERTd:
Notice is hereby given that the Village Council of the Village
of Monticello will meet at the activity room at the Senior High School,
in the Village of nonticello,
at 8:00 o'clock ~.m. on June 17 , 1971 to consider
the making of the following described improvements:
Street, Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Improvements for
all streets within the Village pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to
429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements is
all the property (abutting) said streets and within the village. The
estimated cost of such improvement is $982,839. Such persons as
desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will
be ~i°ard at this meeting.
