RESOLUTl.,~d ORDERING REPORT AND PROViilING FOR
PUBLIC HEARING ON 1976-1
SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of I~ionticello,
Minnesota as follows:
1. Petitions have been filed with the City Council of Monti-
cello and i.n accordance with Minnesota Statutes 429.035
their adequacy has been determined on the following im-
provements:
Extension of sanitary sewer and watermain from south-
westerly portion of Sandy Lane to and along County Road
#75 to Lot 11 of Doerr Estates in Monticello, Minnesota.
Extension of sanitary sewer and watermain and black-
topping to and along the entire length of Oak View Circle
and Craig Lane of Ritze Manor in city of Monticello, MN.
Extension of sanitary sewer and watermain and blacktopping
to and along the entire length of Mississippi Drive,
Hoglund Addition, in the city of Monticello, Minnesota.
Extension of sanitary sewer and watermain from western
edge of Mississippi Drive, 430 feet northwest to property
line of Monticello Wastewater Treatment Plant in the
city of Monticello, Minnesota.
Extension of sanitary sewer and watermain extension from
western edge of Hillcrest Road and along public road
running northwest and then west to County Road #75 in
city of Monticello, Minnesota.
2. These aforementioned petitions have been referred to
John Badalich, consulting city engineer, with firm of
Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates, Inc. and he is in-
structed to report to the council March 23, 1976 advising
as to the feasibility of proposed improvements.
3. The council will consider the improvement of such streets
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to
429.111 at an estimated total cost of $402,000.00.
4. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provements on the 23rd day of March, 1976 in the Monti-
cello City Hall at 7:00 P. M. and the Administrator shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and im-
provements as required by law.
Adopted by the council this 8th day of March, 1976.
