City Council Resolution 1976-08RESOLUTION ORDERING 1976-i IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Montice~ to
as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that notice
of hearing on March B31976 on the Sanitary Sewer and
Watermain Extension portion of the 197h-1 Improvement
Project was duly mailed on March 11, 1976 and published
in the Monticello Times`on March 11, 1976 and March 1'~,
1976, as required by Minnesota Statutes Chapter 4~9, and
as ordered by motion of the council passed march ?~, 1A76
2. It is also hereby determined that notice of
hearing on the Ground Storage Water Reservoir System
will be mailed ten days in advance of the public hearing-
to be held April 26, 1976 and published in the. Monticello
Times on April 1$, 197$ and April 22, 1976 as required
by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and as ordered by
resolution of this council adopted April 6, 1976
3. The City Council of Monticello does hereby order
the construction of said improvement in accordance with
the descriptions contained in said notices.
4. Mr. John Badalich with the consulting engineering
firm of Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates is hereby
authorized and directed to prepare: final plans and speci-
fications for said improvement and submit them to the
council.
