RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Monticello
enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota,
Department of Highways, for the following purposes,
to wit:
To maintain and provide electric energy for
the City
Lighting System of (6) - 250 watt high pressure
sodium lighting units at the Trunk Highway No.
25 and Interstate #94 Interchange in accordance
with this Agreement, a copy of which ,was bef ore
the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City
officers hereby are authorized to execute such agree-
ment, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the
City all of the contractual obligations contained
therein.
