• RESOLUTION ORDERING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND
• CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, petitions have been received for the
following improvements:
Areas and Improvements Requested:
6th & Vine St. to 6th & Elm St. - Water
West side of Pine & 7th Street - Sewer
to Cedar & 7th Street
Chelsea Road & County 117 to - Water
Highway 25 & County 117
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of Monticello to direct the city's engineering firm
of Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and Associates to prepare a
feasibility report on the above improvements. Such
report will be reviewed at the September 27, 1976
meeting of the City Council and a public hearing
shall be held on this date to consider improvements.
Said improvements will be assessed against the abutting
property owners and will be pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Chapter 429 (Local Improvements, Special
Assessments).
