RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ROLL
ON THE 19'74-1 PARKING FACILITY BONDS
Be it resolved that the City of Monticello hereby adopts
the attached assessment roll on the 1974-1 Parking Facility
Bond issued by the City of Monticello to finance parking
improvements made in 1974•
Be it further resolved that the City of Monticello,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section ¢29.061, hereby orders
the assessment shall be prorated over fourteen (14) years
with equal installments of principal. with interest accrued
at seven per cent ('7%) per year to be paid annually.
Be it further resolved that the City of Monticello auth-
orizes the City Clerk (City Administrator) to certify the
assessment to the county auditor every three (3) years pur-
suant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.061.
Be it further resolved that the personnel factor in
computing the assessment shall not be revised unless there is
a change in the nature of the business ownership of the
property being assessed.
