Joni Pawelk called the meeting to order at 7:00 a.m.

BILL TAPPER MOVED TO ACCEPT THE. JUNE 4TH, 2013 MEETING MINUTES.
PAT THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 11 -0.
(As there was no quorum when the July 2na' 2013 meeting was called to order, there were
no meeting minutes. "Notes" were provided as an informal update.)
