RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF
REPORT
WHEREAS, by a resolution of 'the City Council
adopted the 20th day of May, 1974, the City Council
authorized the use of Federal Revenue Sharing funds
in the amount of $14,479.00 for street improvement.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council
of the City of Monticello:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as pro-
posed by the City Council resolution adopted
May 20, 1974•
2. Meyer-Rohlin, Inc., is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. He shall
prepare plans and specifications for the
making of this improvement.
Adopted by the City Council this 4th day of June, 1974•

Note: This is not a normal improvement project in that
no assessments are being contemplated. Entire
project will be financed by Federal Revenue
Sharing funds.
