RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF Kr;°OR'i' ON INii ti114 J~~I3N`i'
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Highway 25 (Pine
Street) between the line of property now owned by
Mr, Hugo Hillstrom, Mr. Clifford Olson and the Monticello
School District, improvement to be curb and gutter and it
is proposed to assess the benefitted property owners for
all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pur-suant
to Minn. Statutes, Sects. 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953,
Ch. 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA;
That the proposed improvement be referred to Meyer, Rohlin,
Inc. for study and that they are instructed. to report to
the Council with all convenient speed advising the council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be~rnade as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
