The Village Council endorses and +~upports legislatior- presented in the 1969 session of the Minnee~ota Legislature, specifically `House File 60, which would permit municipalities that now or in the future may operate municipal liquor diepensartes t© issue private licenses-for the onrsale consumption of into~ctcating liquors whtle retaining .municipal off and on facilities. ~.
