City Council Resolution 1969-074
RESOLUTION APPROVING OF THE ADOPTION OF
CODIFICATION OF MUNICIPAL CODE OF MONTICELLO
WHEREAS, the Village Council has resolved to adopt
Ordinance 101.010 adoption of Municipal Code of Monticello.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF MONTICELLO:
1. The council approved of the revision of all
ordinances and the codification of them as Municipal Code of
Monticello.
2. All ordinances passed by the Village of Monticello
up to this date are hereby repealed except the ordinances shown
as special.
Adopted by the council this 21st day of July, 1969.
