Wright COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice_thereof, a Soeeial meeting of
the Council of The Vi7_la~;e of Monticello P•°onticello
~~dri~;ht County, Minnesota., was duly held at the Village Hall
in said municipality on the
14th day of October 19 6° at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Sandberg, Councilmen Kasper
Topel, Schaffer, and Swnnberg.
and the following were absent: None
Member Kasper introduced the following resolu-
tion and moved its adoptio~i: ____
A RESOLUTION RF-.DUCING TAX
LEVY FOR DEBT SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Village of Monticello ,
WriRh~t County, Minnesota as follows:
1. There is hereby irrevocably appropriated for the
Consolidated ImprovQment Bond of 19b0 Fund the sum $ 1G,000.00
which sum s}ia11 be credited to the Sinking. Fund for the $ 47~,00~ G,00~ _ r
Consolidated Imorove:~.ent Bond of 1~?00 ~~~~
Bonds heretofore issued by this municipality...
2. In accordance with Minnesota Statutes 1945, Section 475.61,
as amended, the County Auditor of Wrie;ht County,
is hereby authorized and directed to reduce by the amount above mentioned,
the tax that would otherwise be included in the rolls for the year 19 68,
collectible in the year 1969
3, The Clerk is hereby authorized. and directed to furnish a
copy of this resolution to the Court- .~~iditor of ~~}4~~~~~ Wright
County forthwith.
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Councilman
Schaffer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: havor Sardber#, Councilmen Kasr;er, Topel, Schaffer, and Swadberg.
and the following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
