RESOLUTION OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
MONTICELLO TO ERECT AND MAINTAIN A NEW STREET
LIGHTING SYSTEM .
ti~iEREAS: A resolution was passed on the 10th day of Maya 1960
to construct a sewer line in the Village of Monticello;
h'~~5: In the process of said construction, the streets of
the Village of Monticello will necessarily be torn up the in the process
thereof; and
WHEREAS: The present lighting system in the Village of Monticello
has become old and antiquated and will have to be replaced in the near future;
t~.ifiEREAS: It is and will be more economical to install a new street
lighting system at the present time while the said streets are in a state of
disrepair due to the construction of said sewer system;
TH~EiEFOR.E' Be it resolved that the Council of the Village of Monti-
ce11.o be empowered to order the accept~.~c®f bids for a new street lighting
system along certain of the streets in the said Village of Monticello, and
to do all things necessary for the construction and maintenance of said
street lighting system.
The question was on the adoption of the resolution and the roll
