COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MONTICELLO,
MINNESOTA, HELD THE 26th DAY OF APRIL, 1961
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a ~'~va~.~
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Monticello, Minne-
sota was duly called and held at the /,~,,~,~_`~ /~,~.Q
in said Village on the 26th day of April, 19 1 at ~_ o'clock ~.M.

and the following members were absent:

Member ~~,~s,,~ introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING
THEREON, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION
BIDS
WHEREAS, a preliminary report has been prepared by

engineers; with respect to the improvements proposed in
the notice of hearing herein, and
WHEREAS, said engineers have advised this Council
that the aforesaid improvement is feasible and should
best be made as proposed in the notice of public hearing
thereon, and
WHEREAS, the Village Council deems it necessary
and expedient that the Village of Monticello construct
the aforesaid improvements in accordance with the report,
and
WHEREAS, said engineers have presented final plans
and specifications for• the said improvements to the
Council for• approval,
